Day 1: Arrival – Lake Manyara National Park
Your safari begins upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by a Explores Tours and Safaris representative. After a short briefing, you’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, nestled between the towering walls of the Great Rift Valley and the shimmering lake. This park is famed for its tree-climbing lions, lush groundwater forests and abundant birdlife. Enjoy your first game drive and soak in the dramatic scenery before checking into your lodge.

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, set off toward Serengeti National Park, arriving by mid-afternoon. After lunch at your lodge or camp, enjoy an optional sunset game drive to witness predators on the move or grazers winding down their day.

Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti Safari
Rise early for a morning game drive, followed by a relaxing breakfast back at the lodge. After lunch, head back out for more exploration.
